How we handle your details.

This website is operated by RN ConsulTech, based in Chatkhil, Noakhali, Bangladesh. RN ConsulTech decides how the details you send are used and is responsible for them. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean RN ConsulTech.

When you send the project enquiry form, we collect what you type into it:

• your name, company and, if you give it, your job title;
• your email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
• how you prefer to be contacted;
• the services you are interested in, your project description and, if you give them, a budget currency and range.

We also record the time you sent the form and the version of this policy you agreed to, the page on this site you came from, the campaign label in the link you followed if it had one, and a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address. That code is used only to stop automated abuse of the form. We do not store the address itself with your enquiry.

While we handle your enquiry, our staff may add a status and short notes to it, such as when we replied. If you email us directly, we treat your message and contact details in the same way.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site, which include internet addresses, for security and reliability.

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not set cookies for visitors. Its typeface is served from this site, so no font provider sees your visit. The only cookie on this site is a sign-in cookie used by our own staff in the administration area.

We use your details to:

• reply to your enquiry and discuss your project with you;
• prepare a proposal, if you ask for one;
• keep the enquiry form safe from spam and automated abuse.

We rely on the agreement you give on the form before you send it, and on our interest in answering the request you made. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for newsletters or unrelated marketing.

Your details are seen only by our staff who handle enquiries. They are stored and processed for us by these providers:

• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• MongoDB Atlas, the database where enquiries are stored;
• Resend, which delivers a notification of your enquiry, including its contents, to our team;
• Cloudflare, which manages our domain and passes on emails sent to our company address.

These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.

We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after our last activity on it, then delete it. We keep it longer only if you become a client or the law requires it. If you become a client, the records of our work together are kept for as long as our agreement and the law require.

The records used to limit how often the form can be sent hold only the scrambled code described above and are deleted automatically within an hour.

Every connection to this website, to our database and to our email provider is encrypted. Enquiries can be read only by signed-in staff, and staff passwords are never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so that there is less to protect.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct them;
• delete them;
• stop using them, which withdraws the agreement you gave on the form.

To do so, email hello@rnconsultech.com. We will reply within 30 days and confirm when your request is done. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This website is for businesses and organisations. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page, its version and its effective date. The version you agreed to is recorded with your enquiry.
