Why we work this way.
Strategy and technology are usually bought separately: one firm writes the plan and another builds the software. The plan and the system then drift apart, and the business pays for both without getting the result.
We do both as one piece of work. Our consultants and engineers sit in one team, so the people who shape the plan are the people who help deliver it. We begin with the commercial question, choose the simplest technology that answers it and, where agreed, stay to measure whether it worked.
Most growth plans fail in the gap between the strategy document and the systems that run the business. We work in that gap.
